I don't even know what I trade sef but yeah I do a bit of ifvg as part of my strategy. I use a combination of ifvg, 20,30,40,50 and 200 Ema then another indicator called Trend Catcher to spot volatility in the market.

26% currently sits at knight, some strong 25% also

I hate that Knight Challenge eh, once won a $10k giveaway from TFT, wanted to go for the knight challenge until I read the conditions very well, in my opinion, firms that offer instant Funding have better conditions when it comes to one phase accounts, than the regular prop firms

I personally look at all three of the index, and I have observed that nasdaq is quick to shift structure out of all the three index, US30 seems to be the slowest of the three but the most volatile of the three also. most times I used the nasdaq as a leading indicator because when it changes structure, the sp500 instantly follows it while the US30 may take a day or two b4 it eventually follows suit

you are very correct, US30 is really slow, I don't trade S&P500 because it spread is usually high and don't like it's movement at all, after US30 dealt with me two days ago, I had to drop it and concentrate on only NASDAQ, and my performance improved tremendously in doing that. So for now it's me and Nas, no more cheating on her lolz

TF - scam. I have forgotten the full name but, created by Nigerians... They banned Nigerians and were rude + insulting influencers/users who call them out.

Nostro - on suspicion list

Alpha - Eyes on them but, lower my suspicion.

Funding lions - red flag, a made in Pakistan firm and by Norman Iqbal; a prop cheater, he might pay. Little complaints so far.

Alpha is very strong, they have been in the scene for long, they are old time broker, that Funded Lion eh, I don't expect Norman to misbehave because he was banned by different prop firms for same reason

NASDAQ (NAS100)... The easiest way I trade it is to tag SPX 500, if SPX moves it follows in seconds, a bullish SPX is a strong NDX

FTMO - has money, seem fine and in the business. Trying her best to make a friendly trading environment.

Funded Next - has money, very tactical with users running six figure accounts. Can wake up any day and accuse you of copy trading.

Funding pips - Good, CEO is also outspoken and open, paying.

TFT - Have money, very tactical against users with six figure account. EMR or manual breach is trending but, they do pay. CEO seems like a Christian, talks a lot and could switch from defensive to nice.

Blue guardian + bright fund - Not very rich but, both are paying. CEOs are doing their best to keep it going, CEO are younger than you think, probably a college student (B G).

Lark funding - Not rich, paying and very loving CEO. Limited staff and never denying payouts. Slow support but, helpful. CEO got married some weeks ago, baby face.

Bespoke - not rich, paying however. Quite defensive when called out for complaints.

Myfunded FX - Have money, strong staff and support from different continents, they are just fine.

Aqua + Glow node - They are both paying, not very rich and are trying to make a good trading environment.

you did not mention Aqua Funded owned by Blue Guardian, 90% profit split by default, paying wella, DeiFunded, new to the scene, seem to be doing well, I just love MFFX with passion, Funded Engineer is currently down as their dashboard provided cut them off

For me, I think that early morning phase then maybe late evening, 6pm -9pm is best for hunting trades if you have a regular job/ self-employed.

Imagine say person dey work for bank come enter trade during nfp, lose heavily, im fit make heavy mistake wey go make dem sack am.
