I never had a problem with long distance rships.Was involved in one some years ago, he was my 1st love but along the way,he started dating cuz we were in diff countries.At 1st,i didnt have a problem with it cuz i understood he had needs.But along the way,when i realized he had started seeing one specifc female,i knew that wasnt good.As much as we loved each other,we knew that distance wasnt in our favour and we ended the rship Inspite of the fact that i lost out on my true love,i am still open to a distance rship cuz i believe that love is meant to be experienced.If for some reason the guy i love isnt in the same place with me,i wont deny myself the chance to love and be loved afterall,we will be together eventually.S**t happens!But isnt it better to take a chance than to wonder forever what could have happened? I dont like to generalize,i give every1 the benefit of doubt.I'll just take one day at a time.If the guy messes up,will move on.Wont let the uncertainty stop me from sharing love,the same way i wont take any s**t,if he messes up,he's gotta go.[/b] |

wots up with the outbursts and harsh exchange of words Damn!all the man did was ask to meet someone.Why are y'all on his case?It wasnt a call for a debate. HIV doesnt discriminate,Nigerians have HIV too.Anyone can be HIV+. Like they say,"if u have nothing good 2 say,stay quiet". Ask about most of the Nigerian brothers "in business" in South Africa,how come they have babies all over the place?Those are the people that need to be lectured because if SA is full of HIV+ individuals,those brothers are carrying the virus and return to Nig to spread it around,abi?. hey Aisha!just read about ur predicament and i was like, "Damn!".Was[or better said,i am] in a similar situation.Met a guy,we hung out and b4 i knew it,the chemistry was over-powering!In my case,i dont have to see him since we live in different countries but after the days we spent 2gether,i thot i'd go out of my mind cuz i missed him like crazy and we stayed in touch.I have "managed" to maintain some silence even tho it isnt easy.One thing is for sure,i felt sth i hadnt ever felt b4. When it gets down to it,i know that u and i know the right thing to do and as hard as it mite be,doing the rite thang sure is the best route to peace of mind.Things happen in life but the way we deal with situations determine how our lives turn out.All the best girl |

Sometimes we find ourselves loving the "wrong" person[i use that term due to the lack of a btter word rite now] or things just dont work out btw u and the one u truly love[i have experienced this].That doesnt mean u wont meet someone new and when u do,u can end up loving him/her with time.what do y'all think?DAMN!life sure can be unfair sometimes |
