White lady here...in my house we share chores. My husband and I both work full-time and so we share the housework equally. Sometimes he does the laundry and sometimes I do. There is nothing either of us view as "woman's work". There is a list of chores that need to be done to keep the household running and we divide them equally. Whenever possible, we do the chores together. The benefits of this are many... We have two full-time incomes, and neither one of us is bogged down with too much work, so we have more time to do the things that make us happy
