There are some very important pieces of information that are missing here but I will share more information on the possible causes of irregular menstrual bleeding.

1. Infection: infections are usually accompanied by itching but also:
a. unpleasant smelly vaginal discharge
b. painful urination
c. ulcers/lesions

If you think that you may have an infection, it is advisable that you have the appropriate tests conducted to identify the type of infection so that appropriate antibiotics can be used to treat it.

Make sure you purchase antibiotics from credible distributors because I know counterfeit medications are a problem in the motherland.

2. PCOS: this can be a result of something called "polycystic ovarian syndrome". Nevermind the name. It is a hormone imbalance.
The cause is thought to be a result of excessive hormone release from fat cells in the body so it frequently targets woman who are bigger in size.
Things that increase this possibility:
a. If this is a long standing problem and not something that has just happened twice
b. If you are also suffering from infertility

Treatment is the use of oral contraceptive pills to balance the hormone levels to restore the your cycle's regularity.

3. Pregnancy: This is the first thing that I consider whenever any woman complains of newfound cycle irregularity because it is the most common cause. Make sure to take a pregnancy test to know your status.

There are a large number of things that can cause cycle irregularity but I would like to know if you are suffering from any these symptoms above because they are the most likely causes. If not, then we can explore some alternative less likely causes of your symptoms.

We call it spoting blood and its not a very good sign. Say now when last did you have unprotected sex? I need this for accurate diagnosis, as it might be a case of advanced stage of untreated or poorly treated STI or STD. This when neglected can lead infertility.

Here is ma own story..
All the while that i`ve dating guys... I`ve never allowed them to have sex with me telling them no sex in ma relationship.

Buy another JAMB form, sit for the exam again and be prepared to best your previous performances. Be determined not to be withdrawn again from school by getting good grades in all your courses. IT IS NOT TOO LATE TO START AGAIN.

You should also strife to get admitted in the course you really want because alternatives sometimes discourage one from being serious with school since it is not what you want. Nevertheless, whatever you get, be filled with positives to get something good out of it.

Forget about the boyfriend that jilted you. There are millions of guys out there better than him. Probably he was one of the reasons for your withdrawal from school as you couldn't concentrate on your studies. Meanwhile, I think your energy this time should be directed at getting back to school and not about guys. You will have enough time for guys. You need to lay a good foundation for your tomorrow by being educated. Free your mind about looking for boyfriend. A good guy will find you out when the time is ripe. Nobody is interested in associating with failure, chase excellence and successful guys will follow bumper to bumper

Since you are still being fed by your sister and her husband, it is wise that you should be following her to their church for the time being. A time will come when you will have liberty and freedom to choose where you want to worship.

Keep only good friends who can help and support you out of the academic issues you have. It is well with you.

polyibadan acceptance is 12,500 and 27000 for Oyo state indigene and 30,200 for non- indigene for first semester and 19k for second semester.

f.c.e Osiele in Abeokuta, a Rugged school. acceptance fee - unknown , tuition 30+ per session.
