I am a practicing civil engr and something has been bothering me. SALARIES OF YOUNG ENGINEERS. Please who has an idea of the start up salaries of big construction firms in Nigeria, the likes of

julius berger,
ITB,
Cobel,
Ove Arup,
Setraco,
CAPPA and D'alberto,
El-Alan,
Reynolds Construction Company (RCC)...
And any one you know. I am considering shifting from my present firm.
