Time will tell....The project is not dependent on Niger Delta to work, it's not just NLNG ships the dry dock will be servicing. Lagos is like the major port of Nigeria, it's only reasonable to site it closer to Lagos considering the volume of traffic.

Like I said sha, the company is doing what's best and most profitable for them. Conflicts will always arise, they will sort it out eventually.
