Make Una remember Ngx group today

Good pm guys. Is there a possibility for the Registrar to understate one’s holdings. I held over 10,000units of Zenith Bank shares before QD. However, while filling the AGM link sent by VERITAS Registrars today, I saw 8,343 units as holdings. Do I need to send a mail to address this?

I can always see my holding on my trading app. But, when bonus shares is given or i participate in a public offering of a share i already owned or that i don't have. The holding is not automatically credited in my trading account. But, it will be there in the CSCS statement. So, when i request that my stockbroker send me my current CSCS statement, i will see it there. Then, subsequently i will demand my stockbroker update my portfolio. This is another reason why we normally keep our ears close to the ground, so that if anyone you know have been credited, you quickly start working on yours. A typical example is this tranches Oando is crediting their shareholders. I hope i have been able to do justice to your question.

Another beautiful reason why it will be nice you are logged on with CSCS portal is in case your Stockbroker wants to play hanky panky on your holdings. You already have everything at your finger tips directly. You can always visit the portal to verify your holding at any point in time.

If this activation is still tied to your Stockbroker it makes no sense then. After all, one had supplied all the necessary data like CSCS no and CHN to CSCS. It is only in Nigeria that to access little things takes you through bureaucratic bottleneck ( filling all manner of forms etc). I was initially thinking of subscribing to the CSCS portal. But, anytime I want to know my holdings I simply write my Stockbroker to provide it for me. They owe me that as a duty ( with minimal charges).

Please explain I don't understand, can't you see your holding in your stockbroking app ?

My take…

A look at their last 2 reported insider trades showed :
1. No notice of closure was issued before the consideration/release of Q4 2025
2. Q4 2026 was released to Ngx and by extension to the public on the 30th January, 2026
3. Two insiders sold on or before 20th January, 2026 prior to the report being made public.

1. Release of Q4 2025 to NGX and by extension to the public was on the 29th January
2. An insider transaction occurred during the closed period 5th, 6th and 27th January 2026 but disclosed on the 13th of February 2026


You can monitor future infractions if they ever occur and sell if it does for fear of consequences.

Hello Everyone, It’s been a while, I can’t even remember the login to my last account but I know I made this one when i was trying ivf in Asaba. If anyone looks this one up they’d see that I did the ivf in 2022/23 and it failed. If someone would have told me that by this time in 2025 I would have 2 amazing boys, I wouldn’t even believe it. After everything failed, I took my mind off TTC and God blessed me.
