My Dad asked me to help research what would be his perfect home, I decided to use Python to do it. This is gonna be multi-part, while I go through the motions of fitting his bill as exactly as I can.

The medium article linked below turned out to be a pretty good tutorial/follow-along, maybe someone can learn a quick something or two.

TL;DR
- Scugog had the highest appreciation out of all cities in the GTA!
- Brock appreciated pretty horribly, just 56%, the second last is Hamilton with 94%, that’s a pretty big gap.
