If China and Russia want to be respected like America, they should do the great things America did for the whole world.

They should replicate US Diversity Visa Lottery and allow people from all over the world come into their country to become Green card holders and citizens and they should also give them equal opportunities to secure sweet amazing jobs like their indigenous citizens.
