The people who had gone to stay illegally and seeking asylum are the reason, They are ruining chances of genuine visitors, elderly people used to get visa without much scrutiny, now its equally tough for them, many USA visa holders are getting refused now because of our brothers who had gone earlier, The so called Canada is bleeding, Economy is in shambles, No jobs, Housing problems. Ideally, VO will only be able to access the period specified on your bank statement submitted. However, if the VO feels a need for further verifications, he might decide to ask you for another bank statement. You never can tell. So, you may probably rely on your instincts here.
