It sure has. But dwelling on it, by still having ill thougts of the person really doesnt help. I can tell you that, with the help of friends, God, and some counselling, I guess am goin to pull through what he did. It hurt me in everyway, that I found it so hard to trust another human being, because i really looked up to him. But i found out I couldnt live my life that way, with so much hatred and bitterness that way it's almost like he won. |

its up to you what u want to do..its funny cuz this actually happened to me...and i actually forgave him....i found out when i did that..i actually felt better and kind of at peace with myself..it kind of let all the hurt go away. |

okay nice book yall..but heres what ive been reading DECEPTION POINT by DAN BROWN...a page turner i tell ya..u might get caught up with all the scientific talk....but ull get right back in later in the novel.. SONS OF FORTUNE by JEFFEY ARCHER.....absolutely amazing book.not gonna spill the beans go and read it. TELL ME UR DREAMS by SIDNEY SHELDON....actually i expected betta from a sidney sheldon novel...but it was okay all the same. PURPLE HIBISCUS by CHIMAMANDA....the imagery employed in this book is magnificent..a gripping story. THE LION AND THE JEWEL by WOLE SOYINKA THINGS FALL APART by CHINUA ACHEBE....which has some similarities to PURPLE HIBISCUS. |

ok so seuns been pestering me to post sumtin...this was sumtin i posted on my blog..tot id share it with yall. i want a man! there you go i said it...the four words most girls are so afraid to say...why?cuz dey dont wanna seem desperate...or sum dirty-minded beings might take it as they havnt had some ina yl...but my reasons for wanting a man are far from that.I want a good man,not a perfect one(dat'd be nice though)..just a good one...I want to feel the butterflies in my tummy again(as much as i want to puke for being so mushy..its true)....i miss the butterfly in the tummy feeling...it felt good back then...i want to smile uncontrollably at odd times and make people wonder wat am so happy about..I want to be miserably in love.i wanna indulge in sweet nothings...need to be irresistibly desired..and want to desire someone irresistably....I want to think his thoughts,dream his dreams,explore his mind like new terain...and him doing the same. I want to have a bad day just because i know when am with him everything will be okay. I wanna lay in bed,no sex, no kissing, no cuddling....just talking...laughing..enjoying each others company..listening to john mayer...or perharps john legend.."ordinary people" would do...u know feel good music. I want the fights,the make-up's..i wanna wake up thinking luvly thoughts of you..and go to bed with u in my head..i wanna play hard to get...i want to be ur best friend first and foremost...wanna laught...cry..play..pray..be sad...be angry...act the fool with u.I want someone who understands that i aint perfect and as a human being..i have shortcomings and accepts me that way without trying to change me..i dont want you to fall in love with my "WEIRDLY PRETTY OUTSIDES" ......only...but also with my "INCREDIBLY PRETTY INSIDES"...cuz thats more important...I want to be held...kissed....et al....I want to be asked 'why do u love him' ...and become completely speechless because words cant begin to explain.i dont want a man...because i feel it would make me happy..but i want a man to add to the happiness that already exists...i want a man to spend on me...and i want to spend on him too...someone who can be himself. always...easy going....funny..nice looking..sincere. heres what am reading TERRI MCMILLAN'S .."A DAY LATE AND A DOLLAR SHOR"..([/b]author of "dissapearing acts","waitint to xhale","how stealla got her groove back"  i knew it was God sent..its a page turner..its funny,totally takes u into the world of the modern black woman/man....its a must read...the characters seem so full of life,that they breathe dream and shout right off th page...itsa novel about black family healing and redemption.[b]i also got to read "SOPHIE KINSELLA'S (CAN U KEEP A SECRET) It was quite entertaining.. loved this amazing book. It makes you laugh and it makes ya cry as sophie kinsella takes you through the consequences of the young girl after spilling her secrets to a stranger on a plane. A great read, a must buy! its a twist on the usual boy meets girl story. This story made me laugh out loud at the cringe worthy events that happen to poor Emma before passing the book onto anyone else that would read it! Just remember never to tell your secrets to anyone! |
