It seems this topic is just describing my marriage in full picture. I unknowingly married someone who didn't love me at all. She had her eyes elsewhere but I was the one ready and available as at the time the pressure to leave her parents' place was overwhelming. I came into marriage with so much innocence and sincerity of purpose. I am a victim of circumstances. I pray i get mercy from God.

Dem don come again o. There is no husband that doesnt do house chores to assist his wife. What women want is simple house boy. For the first 5 years of my marriage, I was the one going to market to get what she will cook. I ran errand for her in the street before the children grew and took over from me. I took off her the burden to do my laundry as I even run the business. I clean the house sometimes, especially when she is sick or travelled and she usually meet clean home when she returns. I was doing all these to protect her and reduce her stress, despite my heavy shedule.. But guess what, she would always accuse me of not helping at house chores . Me a man who have multiple streams of income and do over 80% financial responsibility( just to even dash her the remaining percent sef) compare to someone who works from home. Yet she wants me to be washing plates and sweeping floor everyday. That's helping house chores to women. If it is a man that sits idly and the woman working her ass, that is even understandable. Women dont know what they want walahi.

I have done my studies. What destroys most good marriages is lack of contentment from the women. Most wives want everything from their husbands. I mean everything. Once he is lacking in one thing, they begin to lose respect and love for him and act to frustrate him to meet up in which they end up destroying him and the potential enviable marriage. With all the silent struggles u listed above that men are going through, they can yet deliver if only these women put themselves in men's shoes. and show empathy.
