AND if you are using Ambode's matter as inspiration, you are on a long thing. His matter is a simple case of fraud. He filled State of Origin Ondo in 1980, and then filled State of Origin Lagos in 2014. State of Origin DOES NOT CHANGE. Capisce. That is the fraud right there.

On the one hand,you say an Igbo can run in Lagos since he filled his Igbo state of origin. What's his connection to Lagos if he has no citizenship?
On the other hand,you say a Yoruba man can not run even as he has(or claims if you like at this point) citizenship and has residence too in Lagos . A man who claims or has citizenship can not run and that's 'fraud' to you. And a man who only has or claims residence in Lagos can run.

I see no reason why any man who has performed creditably working with Lagos for over 30years can not say he's a Lagosian. It therefore means that those Igbos supposedly filling Igbo state of origin can not run as well in Lagos .That's a crime -why run in a place where you have no right of citizenship?
