WAEC uses those 2 centres . Are you sure NECO uses same too, did you ask them at the NECO office? WAEC centres are different from NECO centres in some states.

leave d phone untouched for about 1-2 hrs
charge full, that should do d trick

. What in the case where the battery can't be fully drained cos it keeps switching of at 90%.. any charging to 100% when it's out of charging ND exactly on 90% it will just switch of.....

. Just remove your battery and insert it after few minutes then make sure it's plugged to a very good charger probably a 2amps output charger.... that should do it...
