For there to be consensus candidate other aspirants must step down for one candidate.

There is nothing as consensus in NDC as almost all the slots had just one candidate aspirant meaning they are going into their primaries unopposed .

The reason for this is that NDC struggled to attract serious politicians and they could barely sell only 45 forms for both national and state elective positions and their presidential ticket .

Obi, for example is decieving himself that he is going for screening and the party primaries where he is the only sole aspirant .

You can join the party and obtain the presidential form to challenge Obi since he is your problem
