Location is almost opposite Infant Jesus Academy. It's also a 3 minutes drive to Government House Asaba.

Greetings Friends.

Please can someone give me an estimate to build a very standard 1 storey building. It will be 4 units of 2 bedroom flats. With 3 toilets(1 visitors toilet).

Parapets, POP and a nice flooring.

And Also, Can this building comfortably sit on a 50/50 plot of land with atleast 6 car parking space.

Delta State/Anambra State is the location
