I was at my access bank branch early this year and was approached by one of their staff who told me of a new product they are offering exclusively to certain account holders. She said it is called HYDA (High Yield Deposit Account).

I know of their HIDA (High Interest Deposit Account) Package but was surprised at this new HYDA package paying 5% monthly for one year. I gave it a try since I have funds with them that meets their requirement. First quarter of next year would make it one year and that agreement with them expires.

I was curious and asked the lady why this package was so mouth watering compared to other packages, then she said the funds are channeled as loans with high interest to business people. I understood where she was driving at because I also know of little microfinance banks that give loans to business people and market women to trade with and pays between 3 - 5% monthly.

So leave that foolish Audio investor to keep running his mouth and displaying his stupidity.

for those having issues with online web page.....i would advice u update your browsers...also make sure your mouse is functional... if it doesnt solve the problem, then na tortise blood una go use baptize the system o0o.

I can't upload that Passport aspect. It doesn't click. Went to Waterlines Branch yesterday but the IT guy told me to retry again later, I have retried, still same thing.

However, at my end, The submit button where you take a selfie with ID is not working.

Don't deposit yet!
1. You need to upload your id. And then verify by taking a selfie with the ID.
2. Wait for the site to confirm verification. This takes maximum of 2 working days.
3. While waiting for verification, you can update your profile name and bank details.
4. When your verification has been confirmed, then you can proceed to make deposit. This can be made through card or a link from MBA.
5. When your deposit has reflected in dashboard, click to "invest". Confirm terms and proceed.
6. Wait for due date. Then click to withdraw when ROI has reflected.

Yes, it means you can proceed to deposit.

Did you take a picture of yourself holding your I.D card during the identity verification stage? I'm actually stuck in that stage. The submit button is not going through.

thanks so much for your response, although I did not see any notification highlighted in red , I went to 'verification" under general settings" and it said "congratulations, your identity has been verified successfully".

i guess this means I can commence with the investment

When you log in, you will see some notifications highlighted in red, "Attention Needed". Click on "verify my identity" to upload your details. Also, fill in your name and bank details.

good morning fellow Nairalanders, i am a potential investor and I am about to start my journey with MBA, I have registered on the online platform but I cannot find any part for KYC documentation such as BVN, PICTURE UPLOAD ETC. please I just want to confirm how MBA would be able to verify my identity without all these information being requested. I can see my dashboard but I just want to be sure I have not missed any step on the platform before I make the required deposit for the investment. I'll be hoping to read from any online investor to guide me through the process. thank you

This can only happen if MBA pays me for that service and besides I'm only an investor like y'all, so I'm limited to help any online investor.

@lamda if your picture is not recognised it's obvious the picture is not clear. Either the id card is not clear enough or your own picture is not clear. Always contact the online crew via the email. They are always dedicated and available to help you.

Please can someone help with the step by step process of investing online. I have created an account already. If there is a post on it already, kindly tagged the post.

Is card payment the only way to pay online? Can one do a mobile transfer?

Also, for online account can payment be made more than once. I have a daily mobile app transfer limit of 500k.
