If you really want to comply, FCC will grant you approval to go on, & then check apl list if it complies or not. There's nothing hard there to not understand. I don't have strength to do back n front argument.

Compliance certificate means that slots were shared equally among states and they advertised the recruitment on atleast two national dailies. But no one is following those rules anymore. Once you hear FCC shouting, they didn't get slots.

FCC can not approve or ban recruitment in federal civil service. They only ensure compliance with federal character i.e all the states are equally represented in all recruitment. Head of civil service, Federal civil service commission,
police service commission, CDCFIB, board members of agencies are the once with the responsibility.

What is now certificate of compliance issuance if FCC doesn't have power over recruitment?

Sir, allowances doesn’t count as salary. That’s why it’s paid separately. It’s at the discretion of the organization. The individual has attacked countless people on this forum saying they are giving misinformation which is exactly what he did here with confidence. The salary is 190k and not 250k like the individual said. Neither the gross nor net is up to 250k.

The salary is 190k for GL7. And a monthly allowance not more than 71k.

190k + 70k = 260k right?
Although the other fellow who mentioned 250k used to argue on wages, though he's right this time.

A friend in level 10 earns like 300k+ basic & Hazard allowance of 90-100k+. I asked Moh & that's what he said, but not very sure as of now..

DSS Salary for entry level is 265k and they pay you 30k by mid month as allowance. That's total of 295k. But the main salary is 265k. They've received two months salary this year and no such thing as increment or any allowances yet. We need to calm down with the false hopes we raise here all the time

This is not completely accurate... It is more than 295k. Peculiar allowance is more than 30k ...I can't discuss DSS salary on this faceless forum , eagle's eye is watching ... All the best...

I think DSS will soon call people for APL because they came to my children's school to verify someone's FSLC. With the person's name written on the letter, requesting for his/ her primary school result, unknowingly to the candidate.

They don't share Apl before training camp. Maybe after medical check in camp. I might be wrong this time since the new recruitment is different from before

They've been training since November I think, that's for personnel of professional discipline (medical line) that didn't train then.
You may ask your friend to tell you the course the person studied.

DSS verification in training camp is not funny. Had it been you'll be issued offer letter while going to training school. Any little thing the instructors will fling you out & replace you asap

people underrate the luxury in earning 20m+ yearly in Nigeria without tax being over serious. While is was in Dundee on a visit, I recalled how hard it was to even have time to chat my next door neighbor. People get too serious, cause there's bills to pay..

Nnpc or Class A agency is better than going abroad. You'll enjoy quality life & you get connected with people above you.
