The overall design is good but these are my observations:
1. Despite the professional look of the site, the logo on the page does not look professional
2. The word last word 'value' on the second line of the 2 lines of text to the right of the logo is unclear because of the dark background (it could be my monitor)
3. The list box, the text 'Welcome to Penhall Consulting, where intents are realized' and 'Our vision' will look better if they are made to align at the top.
4. I guess all the contents of the page have not been posted

Your color theme is not bad, but the shades are not alright. The graphics can be better.
