Hello Guys,I have issues in getting this prepaid meter of a thing from Ekedc. It’s a New service actually. I have reached their customer care and all I keep hearing is not making any sense to me. I actually created this thread to ask and beg for anyone who has gone through this process to please explain the steps by steps and how long it’s going to take. Please if you are under this Disco. Kindly share the stress and steps you took in getting yours from Ekedc. Thanking you as I look forward to hear from you…

Hello Mr aieromon. Sorry to disturb you sir please I have a little question. Please how long does it take from the time form was filled to when i would be surveyed? From your experience sir.

Once your application has been approved, you will be contacted by telephone for a premise survey. After the survey is approved, you will receive a payment advice by email from the assigned MAP vendor.
Thank you sir. But one more thing sir. They would have to approve the survey too?

Thank you. Concerning the application stuff.. After filling the application form. And you got a message that you would be contacted by a Map vendor. I want to inquire if contact has to do with a phone call or they would email me the Map vendor details?
