1. Noiler is an hybrid of broiler and cockerel.
2. It has the high resistance of cockerels and the meat characteristics of broilers.
3. It matures for meat consumption at 3 to 4 months up to 2.6kg, depending on whether you feed them like cockerels or broilers.
4. They can feed or eat any feed or food given to them.
5. In India, they are known as Kuroilers, a dual-purpose breed producing meat and eggs, and can live on a diet of kitchen and agricultural waste, and produce around 150 eggs per year whereas native hens lay only about 40 per year.
6. The meat yield per bird of Noilers is also greater; males weigh approximately 3.5 kg and females about 2.5 kg whereas the native male bird weighs 2.5 kg and females 1.2 kg. 7. Due to its unique genetic features, the Noiler is resistant to diseases.
8. The Noiler chick is a potential bio-converter of no cost agricultural, household and natural waste abundant in villages — into human protein food and substantial incomes for rural households.

noiler Chicks
noiler chickens are hybrid products of broilers and cockerels. Hence, they develop a lot of meat like broiler chickens and are very resistant to adverse conditions like cockerels and are able to withstand most common poultry diseases.

They were recently introduced into the Nigerian market to make the raising of chickens easier for many farmers.

With the male noiler chickens, you can achieve a bridge of the benefits of broilers and cockerels. In 12 weeks to 16 weeks, the Noilers are able to attain the weight of up to 2.5 kilograms if fed quality feed (with good management).

​Kuroilers/Noilers/Croilers are a dual purpose multi-colored birds, which are reared for both meat and egg production.
These birds attain maturity at 13 weeks with a weight of about 2.6kg for the males and 2.2kg for the females. The females start laying at about 5 months, laying about 150-200 eggs in a year. The females don’t brood their eggs so if you want to hatch then you need an incubator.
These hybrids are heavy eaters just like broilers and have the meat attributes of broilers and the ruggedness of cockerels, and they grow very fast.
The Noilers come in different colors like the local chicken.

TIPS FOR KEEPING noiler CHICKENS
Give antibiotics and vitamins (e.g. Enrofloxacin and Vitalyte) for the first 5 days.
Ensure they have enough access to feed and water daily.
Call your veterinarian to vaccinate them regularly according to the schedules recommended.
Always give them multivitamins before or after vaccination.
After the first de-worming, make sure you de-worm them every month or as recommended by your veterinarian

Noilers are very impressive birds developed by Amo Farms from a cross breed of broiler and cockerels.
They basically use same feeding regime as broilers. They were designed for free ranging and organic feeds. But they grow very Much bigger than cockerels and reach table size in 15-16wks approx 3kg+.

The female can lay eggs but not a for a long time and not really advisable for eggs production.
