By minimum time, I suppose you mean latest time to change your institution, after which it would not be allowed.

Well, from experience, I know most universities that allow change of course and institution even a week to their post UTME.

My advice is, ensure you change your choice of institution before your school of choice announces post UTME date.

There are many things that come into consideration as to who is invited or not
However; whatever you do; make sure to aim for 99.99% correctness in your answers.
And this cannot be achieved when you rush the questions in a bid to impress or do submit first.
I have been programming for years; I answered every question under a minute. I do not need reference to the Home Study guide;

But no; I am taking my time, because there are many factors to consider first.

I agree to this. I submitted an application yesterday after taking my time to do it all right. Then all of a sudden, I felt this urge to submit and boom, I found out I made a mistake after submitting. Was really painful but I'm hoping for the best.
