Create engaging and visually appealing graphics, images, and videos using tools like Canva to capture our audience's attention and drive engagement.
Plan and schedule social media content in advance, ensuring consistency and relevance while staying updated on the latest industry trends and best practices.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.


Blog Content Creation:

Research and stay informed about our investment industry, understanding the market trends, and competitor activities to craft informative and insightful blog posts.
Write compelling, SEO-friendly blog articles that showcase MOS Homes Ltd’s expertise in the investment market, highlighting the potential benefits and opportunities for investors.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, industry experts, and influencers to gather relevant insights and quotes for blog content.


Community Engagement and Customer Interaction:

Proactively engage with our social media community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Foster a positive and interactive online community by moderating discussions, initiating conversations, and addressing any customer feedback or concerns.
Marketing Campaigns and Collaborations:
Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring social media activities align with broader company initiatives.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design skills and Canva expertise.
Solid understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices for brand promotion.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor content for different audiences.
Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other graphic design software.
Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization for blogs is a plus.
Strong analytical skills to track and report on social media performance metrics.

We are New Construction company looking for a Civil Engineer with the demonstrated ability to support a variety of municipal capital projects and clients. The position will be filled in our Fairfield office.

Duties and Responsibilities


-Plans, assigns and directs the work of professional and paraprofessional staff in the planning, design, surveying and construction of assigned public works projects, including landfills, roads, bridges, rights of way, drainage systems, traffic signals and related structures.
-Coordinates the work of multiple project design and construction teams, including work scheduling, scoping and budgeting.
-Performs complex engineering activities and calculations related to design, construction and project management, including reports, records and correspondence.
-Directs staff and performs field inspections and testing of various projects; coordinates traffic studies and land surveying.
-Prepares agreements and contracts for approval by department management
-Confers with officials of other government agencies, utility companies, consultants and land developers regarding construction and design regulation and policy issues.

Minimum Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
-Four (4) years of professional civil engineering experience in construction, design or traffic engineering.
-A Master's degree in Civil Engineering may substitute for one (1) year of experience.
-Knowledge of AutoCAD Land Desktop or Civil 3D; MS Office and Excel.
