I have said it severally that unless he doesn't want to reclaim the seat, if he wants that seat, he remains the legitimate speaker until he his served, referred to ethics committee, he defends himself, the committee sends the report back to the house and then based on the report or outcome, they can now proceed to impeachment... Other than that, all effort to impeach him is in nullity
