Who knows about Fundquest Nigeria, got aptitude test invite from them, so i want to know their test format and payment for a graduate trainee position?

You will do a paper test with calculation questions,English,questions relating to finance,comprehension,write an essay. Expect questions relating to economics as a subject. It is all related to numeracy course of university.
Pay should be good anyway for a trainee.
I don't work there but based on experience with them.

The school is relatively new(EST Jan 2016).
I doubt you'll get the much needed answers you seek.

The kids pay relatively high fees. This might translate to good pay for qualified /experienced teachers.

The interviewee should understand the quality of services required of her(upon quality research) and offer insight into what significant contribution(s)+innovation she will make when hired.

This will position her to properly price herself.

Please can someone help me with these information's about UBA as it is presently? Iv got a test to write with them next month. But I have been hearing different things about the bank! I just need to confirm first before I make up my mind.
-How is their test format like? I mean their questions and time durations...
-How is their interview like? Mostly asked questions?
-How much do they pay their entry level staff currently?
-Do they give staff welfare allowances?
-Do UBA always push their new recruits to marketing department with frustrating targets
-How about sexually molesting of staff, does it rule in UBA?

For a school that has been established since 1991,there should always be teachers who experienced and knows the working of the school to put new staff through,my opinion

hmmmm..... just same thought here. May be their staff are not paid as at when due and they have salaries accrued that made some of them port to another good offer. The inhumane treatment is another thing on its part. That's good 25years of existence and 17 teachers needed. Those schools with big names and big structures and still have backlog of salaries unpaid I fear o. Some of them change teachers like clothes. Let's not discourage any applicants, ensure you apply
