I don't know the campaign you will be employed for but if it's Multichoice, you will be given a target to make a number of calls to convince customers on GOTV. It's not just calls but productive ones.
You work from Monday to Friday, 8-5pm or 6 at times depending on your calls and supervisor.
It's a nice place to learn but I will advise you consider proximity to your place.
It's a contract job.

Prepare to do test,write essay, typing skills tested and do oral test. You have to pass some stages to scale to the next stage. Then you have to pass soft skills. If you are successful, then you will go through 2weeks training or less than.
