Your card has been "cloned card". I read into that and discovered that what they (ATM FRAUDERS) do is stay close to you while you using your ATM card and they get to study your PIN and they need to know the bank you using the ATM card, they already know the other numbers and i guess they need the last 6 or 7 number, not too sure, so for you that print your receipt copy and drop it on the floor. Bad for you. and also with the expiring date, they have a machine that clones the card and they have a copy of that kind of card. Once the Card is Slinde though the machine, it reads all info on that card to the Cloned card and they take this to ATM machine far away from where they stay and withdrew your money. That simple. But there is only one Solution for now. Go to your bank and get the New ATM that has the "VISA" Logo on it. That can't be cloned for now cause its a SIM like form. unlike the old ones. for those of you that are still using the old Kind. Don't let people get close to you at the ATM machine and always take away your Receipt. I really wish your bank can do something about this but i am 80% sure they can't do anything.

For cars under ten years coming into nigeria via cotonou can have Nigerian Custom Duty paid for them. What they do is that they charge Under-age cost on them, you still pay almost the same value they have on the duty cars, If you have the money to get it done and you don't want to be embarrased by the Nigerian Customs, you sure pay your Nigerian Custom duty and once they are able to verify that it reflects in there computer system, you don't have issues with them, since you paid Duty on it. even if its 1993 car.

I hope i made some sense out of this, if you don't seems to understand some aspect, you can throw the question into the room.

The total landing cost of the Rav 4, auto and a/c down to your residence would be about 1.4m naira with custom duty inclusive. There is something most of the people buying cars from Nigeria does not understand about Nigerian Custom papers. You think its only the cars coming in from cotonou that has a fake custom paper like you pose it. Making things clear to you, you might call it a fake custom paper, but i tell you when they hand over the geniune and the so call fake like you termed it, you would NEVER tell the difference. I am 1000% sure of that.

Is that what you know about Custom fake paper I can see that you might eventually be someone that say what you hear and not what you know. Even the Customs and the Clearing and Forwarding agents can't identify a Fake Custom paper like you termed it.

I want you all to know that 80% of the Nigerian Custom papers you see out there are under the category of the so called Fake custom paper like you termed it. Okay take for Example this illustration, a cousin of mine came in from Canada and brought along her ML Benz jeep. and when the custom duty was cleared and given to her through the Nigerian Port, Lagos. They had on the document "Type of Car" C-180 Benz. Okay would you tell me that is a geniune paper? its not that the wrong paper was given to her mistakenly. Its still its chasis number. so there are more to be learnt about Nigerian Custom Papers. Don't keep making the issue of Fake Custom duty to Cotonou alone. Its the whole of the Nigerian Government.

Its possible for your D4 Light to be off, that your Fuse for the light on the dashboard to be faulty and that the light sensor does not come up, but i tell you, if its truly off and still driving, its dangerous. anyway, @Waoosa, try to change the gear oil and lets see what happens.

Careful as your gear Oil needs attention, Probably you get to change the Gear Oil, as its in a dangerous mode having it blinking. I use to have my Honda Oddysea Gear "D4" blinks and my Mechanic told me that i might have ended up buying another gear, if i had not serviced the Gear, saying that the Gear oil has turned light and should've been changed.
