Good to see ds coming up. But you should have opt for borehole instead of hand dug well. Because of global warming, we are moving into a world where hand dug well won't be able to serve our domestic needs again.

Just flip through d whole tread, it's a pity to see something like this happening. I understand what Mr Pally will be facing right now considering d fact that he needs the project completed as fast as possible.
I already doubt the competence of Johnny from the start, when he was trying to prove his reason for not reinforcing the dpc.
Now correcting for mistakes is more costlier than doing the right thing initially.
I just hope Mr Pally have the financial strength to cover up the loopholes.
