Ayetoro-itele is a sedimentary environment though some part r basesment... Meaning it's a transition zone.

Particular to your site, just try n get a good foundation, maybe raft. dnt cut cost here...

@larryblack007, where is your site located. Dat will speak a lot about studies or soil test u have to conduct. And eventually type of foundation to do. U can't just judge by sight seeing.

If you are sure the soil properties are OK and stable. Then you don't need any pillar what so ever.

Nice move, try and put borehole drilling in your initial plan... At most do a geophysical investigation to know the point you will drill. You will appreciate this later.

Blockwork on the 2nd floor now at lintel level, we are making preparation to cast the roof beam and slab that will carry the roofing carcass.

We are using steel for the roof carcass and long span aluminium for the roof cladding.

Thanks man, im not misleading anyone like Kopell thought, everything I quoted is the truth and nothing but the truth, how else can I prove it to him, I've given pple contact of the large expanse of land dey want to sell here, when dey are ready to buy, they shud come I'll take then to the sellers.
Thats the amount my mom has spent on that building, no lies, shey some guys av already agreed its actually possible, I don't have time to come here and decieve people.
