Pls doc! Why do I keep testing positive and negative to hepatitis B? What could be the cause?

It is been like 8 weeks after 2 missed period coupled with blood test and we are already rejoicing our bundle of joy is on the way, wifey started noticing some traces of blood stain on Monday. We went to hospital yesterday and doctor ask us to do scanning which didn't reveal any heartbeat. We are told to come back in 2 weeks when it would have been like 10 weeks. Wifey wake up early today to cramps and heavy blood flow with some big lumps.
I don't want us to go back to that hospital and Doctors in General Hospital are on strike.
I need advice on how to handle this from the experienced Mamas here. Thanks

please take your wife to the hospital.....bleeding during pregnancy is not normal

Repeat the test in three different standard laboratories and whatever result you get is the genuine one.

please do you know any standard laboratory in lagos? Because all the test result is from general hospital

Am really depressed and need answers! Why do I keep testing positive and negative to hepatitis B?
Each time I carryout hepatitis B test, I get a positive result and when I do a confirmatory result in another hospital, i get a negative result. This has happened on three occasions.
