Only an insane/foolish one does the same thing over and over again and expect a different result. since2006, Arsene Wenger has been using under-aged players and players without track record to try to win throphies without success but still keeps to this strange policy even when his record showed that if he had done otherwise he would win throphies.  I think he has lost touch with the reality of time. Its either u play Sexy football and win tropies like barcelona or Unsexy football and win trophies like Chelsea. The reality and bottom line is that in either case you must buy quality and experienced players to achieve such.

1998
= He used experienced players to achieve the league and cup double winning season of 1998 e.g Adams, Keown,Dennis Bergkamp(from Inter-milan) patrick viera (from AC Milan) Marc Overmars (from Ajax)  

The 1998 team was built on an impressive defense with David Seamen in goal and a back four that consisted of Lee Dixon, Nigel Winterburn, Tony Adams and Martin Keown. They also had a number of class players in midfield and up front with Dennis Bergkamp, Marc Overmars and Patrick Viera being some of the best of these

Some of the team that had achieved the feat in 1998 still remained. Seaman was still in goal, Patrick Viera remained dominant in midfield and Dennis Bergkamp was still proving the flair in the team. However they had been joined by a number of exceptional soccer players with Thierry Henry scoring many of the goals for the team and Robert Pires and Freddy Ljungberg assisting Viera in midfield

= He used experienced players to achieve the unbeaten run of 2004/2005 premiership winning season e.g Henry, Pires, Flamini(Marseille), Wiltord(Bordeux) etc

I think the time to sack him is now for his unrewarding stubbornness. The only honour we can give to him is to allow him see out this season.

This usually bothers me because it not only rob them of early marriage at prime age but also spurs the ready and capable brothers like me into marrying the ladies of other faith like I' m almost doing except a miracle happens which I still secretly pray for because I don't want to get it wrong at this critical decision making stage of my life.
