Hi everyone here, Something is really bothering my mind so I thought of throwing it to the forum for suggestions, I was refused of visa a month ago, though the course I choosed is not a related course, I have Bsc in microbiology but got offered for global business management(an agent secure that for me I don’t know how he did it). But I got refused base on family ties in home and Canada and purpose of visit Now I decided to forfeit the admission and apply for a course related to my degree carrier Now my concern is that, I hope it won’t affect my next application because I knew well that details including SOP Has been stored in Canada database, moreso in my SOP then, I mean the refused visa, I stated it that I want to change my carrier and if probably I get course related to my degree then I’ll need to change the story, I hope there’s no going to be any issue. Just go my refused letter Thank you for your interest in studying in Canada. After careful review of your study permit application and supporting documentation, I have determined that your application does not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following grounds: • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence. • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit. You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be accompanied by a new processing fee. Please gurus in the house how do I tackle those reasons. Thanks for your contribution. |

Good evening everyone and happy new month, I pray God will grant us our heart desire, please i want to ask if there’s a way I can track my application with application number, though my dad contact an agent to help me with my application, the only thing I know if biometric request letter that was 10th of October since then I didn’t know anything again, I asked him to give me the email and password for my account but he said no, he just told me they’re doing background checking. I’m kind of worried, I want to the status of my application please help. |

Thank you for your message bro, I have make a mistake before by contacting one agent to help me with the admission process before a friend tell me about this forum, so it’s the agent that apply for global business management now he’s demanding for additional 900k after paying him 300k got admission processing only that’s why I made up my mind to proceed with the study permit application myself please I need someone to put me through.
