Good evening,

My mother paid for the B1/B2 MRV visa fee and DS160 application was completed in April, 2022 but we couldn’t get an interview date till March 2024. I have her confirmation/DS160 page but can’t find the MRV fee print out. I have tried calling the customer care for GTB and US travel but no response yet. How can I access the MRV print out? Do I need to pay a new fee because I heard it is only valid for 1 year even though it has been used to generate a confirmation page. I look forward to responses. Thank you
