Demaejy: Lateedee please tell us more about the battery life.. I'm about to get this phone... Need ur opinion about the battery.

for me 5hrs on 3g browsing is ok , stand by of the phone is superb yesterday the phone was on 3% battery life it lasted for 4 hrs on standby and within the 4hrs I made 2 calls , the 1st call when it's has been on standby 2 hrs and made the 2nd call when the phone was on standby for about 4hrs .The phone shut down after the 2nd call but the two call where less 3mins. I have only done 2 recharges. I believe with more recharge battery life should improve.

Alamation: ok boss! But d tracking code is it for the monitoring to d post office here? And if it is, den is d post office in Naija trustworthy? And finally wots dis customs gist?

if you are buying one you won't have any issue with custom but if you are buying many you have to pay custom duty. The track no is for tracking that is with the track no you will know the item leaves China and when it arrives nigeria.

Alamation: have you gotten the phone now? And free shipping means no additional money right?

I bought it for 92.64 dollars, I'm not sure if you will get it at that price the current price from from the seller is now $108 and also if you are buying many you have to pay custom duties, but if you are buying what sellers normally do is to declare it as gifts so that you don't have to pay custom duties

no I went to post Office to pick up it's i placed the order on the 5th of December and it got to Nigeria on the 31st of December 2013

i have finally rooted the phone, the display is good, the phone came with screen protector and silicon cover and the battery is 2000mah not 2200mah

I have picked up the phone, the phone is superb. The phone is stubborn I've not been able to root it

It's very difficult to know how much DHL will charge the sellers will have to help you with that. You can know a good seller by feedback from buyers and go the sellers stores, and check other products feedback. I only use free shipping for all items I've ordered and they are all personal. When it's get to Nigeria it will be sent to nearest post office based on address, they will not bring it to house but you will know when you it gets to the the Nigeria

Get hold of Naira Mastercard or Visa card activated for online transcation and make your payment via escrow. Make sure you check the feedback and if you will like some modification, speak to the seller online by downloading their "Trade Manager" app via alibaba or Aliexpress. That's the ONLY way you can chate with seller.

Before hand, create an account with them. Alibaba.com or Aliexpress.

Aliexpress is very good place to buy, so people you can it yourself, just follow the instructions above,, there's is buyers protection, sellers will be paid if you confirm the good is what you ordered for. I have gotten three refunds when sellers were trying to get be smart. You will be given a track number, which you will use in tracking, chances that it will get lost is very slim. If you can't afford or don't like the price the guy is giving you then feel free to do it yourself. You can use free shipping if you don't mind waiting for one month or two months maximum.

It's just the delay 1 month or 2 months maximum, you will be given a track number, with this. Number you will know when the item gets to Nigeria. I always get mine the next day it gets to Nigeria. It may not be so if you don't reside in lagos. I ordered mine early December and I'm expecting mine in January because it's has left China based on the track number given for the order.

According to the track number mine was shipped on 20th of this month, hopefully to get it in 2nd or 3rd week in January. What I meant was rooting and installing custom rom etc

If you are not a tech guru i would advice you stick with tecno and do not bother to buy all these online Chinese phones or better still don't experiment
I will give you an example, i bought ainol Novo crystal quad and i bricked the tablet after a month when i was experimenting, thank God I was able to revive it through online forum, I have used six Android phones there is none I have not bricked

The phone is not galaxy ace 3, i don't think it's in Nigeria yet, they just repackaged it the model is GT-S7262 the ace 3 model are GT-S7272, it's only the carton that shows the phone is galaxy ace 3, ace 3 can never be #16000, i have given the phone to my wife, a tech guru like me would never use a 2g phone.
