Good morning, please I need past questions for foundation level- BF, FA, MI and BL. I am preparing for May diet. Can the admin also paste the foundation whatsapp group link here so I can join. Thanks |
ChiefAzubuike:I cannot believe what I just read. He doesn't deserve this treatment at all you just said? The country is so hard anyone would do anything for money? My God!!! Who will give the girl he murdered because of his demonic lust for money a second chance at life? I really wish nairaland was not an anonymous forum, it would be nice to put a name and a face to such posts as yours! |
This is why we are ever the unsophisticated Africans! So such a very tactical team whose members should have their identity classified under very stringent security protocols gets their faces splashed all over social media! We will never learn. |
Any fool with slush of stolen cash and a willingness to deploy same for devlish aims can command loyalty among idiots, failures, thugs and fools. If ibori commands your loyalty, kindly choose which of the above segments you fall under. Your adoration of this commin thief who commenced his career as a petty thief is disgusting. donogaga: |
Are you guys surprised? It's only a community of thieves that celebrate big thieves. Welcome back king of thieves. |
You are very intelligent in every sense of the word. I told people this same thing however in a different way. Somewhere in the loop was a redirect to the people running the show. Its called critical thinking. Unfortunately we have an army of poorly educated graduates in Nigeria. Phranex: |
What a sad thread! Reasons why the youth is in trouble. Poor education = lack of initiative and skills = unemployment = poverty = testimony for federal 'poverty - entrenching' jobs = satisfaction with crumbs = helplessness = a cycle. You may not see it but this is why you are ever at their mercy. |
see opinion....nigerians!! Arm-chair experts and analysts. kahal29: |
Fools! their mates are busy creating apps and building startup companies. |
Guy she did not dump you. You simply failed to set your priorities well.Stop blaming that girl. She did not make you fail, you failed becausr you did not take control of your life just like you are here blaming her. Goget your act together. You aint the only guy with a campus girl...somehad several girls and made first class ok? |
you know why I like Nigerians...we are spineless. This thread will die after a couple of days and you will all start paying the tariff and hoping on government to save you. As someone said earlier our leadership reflects us. We are morally deficient and our leadership just reflects this. You receive a bill of 20,000 naira a month and perhaps you live with other tenants who receive similar bills and you cannot come together and file a case of obtaining under false pretence. You deserve that bill. I don't like helpless people. They sent such evil bill to me, I simply did an energy audit of my apartment and forwarded it to EEDC with a strong worded letter from my lawyer and the next month my bill came down. I told my neighbours and they said its only God that will help them. They are more educated than me. You all deserve to live in pain. Imagine if estates and buildings all start filing cases against this criminality. They will be forced to provide meters. To Brevista and co defending the increase...you have little idea of the rot that accompained the privatization scheme. Take this from an insider. If you did, you will keep quiet and watch this fight from outside like some of us. |
OAFMods:Thanks for your civil question. I already have a child. An infant son. I will not teach him religion. I will teach him values. I am a christian and I understand christian values to be things like love, honesty, others before self, integrity, cleanliness, fear of God and others. I will teach him to read the bible everyday. i will guide him to these but I WILL NOT SHIELD him from making mistakes. I will place good before him and tell him there is evil too. i will tell him the dangers and consequences of evil. I will not sequester him nor seek to pigeon hole him. I will not teach him the doctrine of my church ( I am an evangelical anglican) but I will teach him the words of Jesus and leave the choice to him. Now should he decide to do otherwise, i am already writing a little book I will give him once he turns 12 so whenever he comes to his senses he will read the book. i made my mistakes, I am a much better man because of my mistakes. I would have been far behind where I am now if I did not make those mistakes. I am not a saint, I never wanted to be a saint either. And to add, a little investment in child psychology books will help us especially young parents know that what we see as rebellion maybe the traits of someone who can stand up against unjust laws in the society, someone who can be guided to be a strong leader to his peers. The problem is that religious people read ONLY the bible hence their errors. This is how I will strike the balance because from my own experience it is futility to impose your doctrine. Thanks. |
@OP, I can confidently call myself a young adult and I grew under the same parents that you just described except that their own issue was another version of extremism known as scripture union. Those condemning the OP know nothing about how painful it can be when you are such a good boy especially as a teen and yet you are being condemned just because you do not fit into their spiritual ideology. In my case, I was not depressed. I became angry and rebelled. I did not become bad, criminal or any such thing, I simply sought out other answers and I found them. I pursued personal development, business and common sense religion. And this is what i will advise the OP to do, rebel NOW! Reject that deeper life ideology and all its form, it will limit your potential or at worse destroy it. And the sad thing about that ideology is that you will be blinded by the spirituality to understand that you have been limited. Do whatever you want to do, make friends and hang out with girls, do things that will teach you the other sides of life as long as you do not become criminal or evil or get into gang and the such. for those supporting the parents, you have no idea that this is why many young people do not know how to handle basic life challenges because they have been bottled in a pigeon hole. Yes, we love our parents but African parents should learn to strike that balance and acknowledge the independence and individuality of their children. @Op, you should simply make up your mind to go AGAINST everything they say and do your own thing your way. If you do not do this now, your psyche may be seriously affected. Love them by breaking out because if you do not you may not be able to take care of them. I have observed that all of us that broke away from that ideology are doing well and all those who could not are still tied down in that retrogressive mindset. love them but rebel against their ideas. You are different from your parents. |
Its unfortunate how helpless people sound. Have you heard of class action? Join hands with similar aggrieved neighbours, hire a good lawyer and sue the distribution company. Nigerians have a sickening helpless mentality. You are waiting for the 'authorities to please look into this' |
Why I do not intend to interrupt. This is what differentiates countries from great countries. Consulate staff taking the extra step to register in a site just to attend to inform clients. This is really admirable. |
This is very touching. The four of you should team up and Sue EFCC and claim millions in damages to business and reputation. If you are right you will be cleared. mascott: |
There is also a significant amount of information that one conveys without speaking. Very strong point! Respect to the training you guys have. LagosNIV: |
Sorry @OP, why should you feel bad? I may be wrong but I believe if you are self-confident no alleged racism can make you feel bad. You showed them you weren't a push over by threatening to sue them. That is it, you were victorious. I went for one training in Germany and I was the only black in that section of town. For one good month i didnt see one black face. I was walking like the king. I was pitying their miserable lack of exposure. One day one german approached me and asked whether this is how everybody looked in africa. I asked him whether everybody in German was this mentally handicapped. I used the word 'mentally handicapped'. He was shocked! I dont know what he told them but the next day a german lady bought a drink for me in the same bar I met the german man. In that training I was the best when the result came out. I shifted my flight for one week to get to know the lady better. Now we are good friends. I am my own master. I was there in my own right and merit. Nobody had the ability or capacity to make me feel bad. Be confident and you will not feel bad about racism. |
I couldnt help but laugh. This is really hillarious. The guy has legitimate fears knowing how some Nigerians can reason. He rightly fears Nigerians will be banned from working there and he will lose his income. Economic fear it is. Well, @victor101 see the humour in his email. The guy just needs to learn how to pass his message without being so vulgar. Having said that, I unfortunately feel that with the seeming desperation that some have already exhibited his logic is valid. Well, for us that hire people from upwork and would love Nigerians to benefit too, ONE ADVICE - TAKE IT EASY! You won't make money that fast. victor101: |
I am very impressed with this thread. As a matter of fact I have been wondering why Nigerian youths are not very active on upwork especially. I outsource all non-core skills in my business to upwork and I am always happy. This year alone I have spent $2400 dollars on upwork. All my workers have been indians as they have great ICT skills. God bless victor101for opening this thread but first I will point out something....do not have money alone as a motivation. Yes money should motivate you but do not make it all about money. Believe me you will not be hired. My first worker did my branding for $150 and since then I have retained him as my permanent brand consultant. I have paid him over $1000 since last year December. As someone has said here GET VERY VERY GOOD in some skill. Do not carry this Nigerian shortcut, quick route mentality to upwork. You will not succeed. I like the fact that I will review you and pass the results to the site owners without you seeing what I reviewed. There is also the reviews you can see. Its sort of an online HR department for my company. I assess workers report and decide who to hire. So first thing first, GET A SKILL AND BE TERRIFIC IN THAT SKILL. Anybody complaining of the government as a youth in this current global economy is a joke. |

abujaniv:I am really impressed with what is happening here. You even had the sense of humour to understand my question. It is unfortunate Seun hid the post even though it had nothing negative or offensive in it. Well, I will be applying very soon. My problem will not be convincing you to give me the visa, I will even convince you to become my customer. Why is everybody so serious? Have a little fun. Cheers. |
Yes@ tajudeen. i will write you this night. |
