@fabulousmum lollllllllllllllllllllllllthanks for you response I don't know if I can make it to abj for the interview cos of my work I work with an insurance company here in lagos . and everyone since I no dey do relative or family thing as in staying with someone can I get the less expensive hospital to apply for and is strictly vagina birth since no be my first time of going through the journey lollllllllll some one said she delivered with whmc for 2500 by dr la dats not bad.

Dear, i hope you understand that doctors fees are quite different from the hospital fees. In US the billing fees for obs is quite different from what we have at home here in Nigeria. You get a different bill from the doctor and another from the hospital in most cases. Well the gurus will help you out. God's best!!

Yes hubby should fill thesame even if he has other plans for his trip. It shows you ain't hiding your intention. The VO will use his/her discretion to place him on B1/B2, while adding childbirth to your own profile.

@Latolly , sorry you haven't been answered lol. You can fill any of the options it depends on why you are applying and how you wanna present your case.If your application is for childbirth then it's advisable that you fill your hospital or doctor's address. Your residential address will be the last option here.

@ Tvegas...God bless you jare...i knew i could count on you, one last question pls, can hubby fill same....drs name and hospital address as US contact cos we will be doing interview together and travelling together.

I think you are ok with Dr Fagbohun's correspondence because it is the doctor's they need not necessarily the hospital. Hope this helps

The question US contact on my visa form... pls do i put my doctors name and organization as my us contact or do i use a relatives name. 2.
