So sorry i am jus replying.... I jus saw d message. Well, we finished d drugs n did a retest but was same result, so i called n explained to him n he promised to send another 4 cans which he did n he also reassured dat d drugs ll work. We r currently on it... Waiting to retest again.... Its dawn tiring but in all we give God thanks..

Yes, we saw a urologist n did some findings, we were told its non obstructive cos his fsh is high...we r on dr quick alone for now cos we v tried other supplement without success so we r trusting God for a positive outcome jus like Rachie83. I am on omega 369 n folic acid to balance my hormones while we wait for dh result.....

Congrats jones2014, you are settled already, God ll perfect all for u..... Jasmos, i would advise u order for d dr quick herbal though we r on d last can, waiting to retest.... We v similar issue, jus gv it a trial u never can tell which ll work.... God ll perfect all in jesus name. Amen

@lauracares,sorry to hear that your hubby has same problem with mine.but have you guys find out the cause of his azoospermia a mean weather its hormanal or blockage unfortunately my sister am in the north(kano).but you can go to any teaching hospital to see urologist or endocrinologist to see what is the problem it take time before you figure out but it worth it.my good advice is that if your age is high please just go straight to ivf if you can afford this days there are ways their will extract sperm and use for ivf.May Almighty Allah see us through all.Amin

Tx sis,dh did hormonal profile n his FSH is high,dnt knw if it's obstructive of hormonal dats y I want to get a dr dat can clarify for us...dh did biopsy sometimes ago but I tink we v to redo it so as to knw if there sperm in his testes...tx dear

@mamafresh,i just want to tell you that my husband was also diagnosed of azoospermia when we where only 1year in marriage.that was the most shocking news one will ever receive in life as a married couples hoping to build up your own family.i was hopeless and all my dreams of becoming a mother was crushed down but I keep emphasing on going to hospital to know the exact cause of the azoospermia and to see what are our options because deep inside me something keep telling my husband is producing sperm.It took us almost 2yrs to know the type of azoospermia he has thank Allah it was obstructive azoospermia.he did testicular biospy which show adequate live spermatozoa our doctor said we can have surgery if we want to unblock the obstructive so we can have natural pregnancy if the surgery is successful,our doctor wanted us to do the surgery in india but the success was abt only 30% so decides to just go straight to ivf.my advice for is to go and know the type of azoospermia your husband have before any treatment plan.

Plz r u in Lagos?what is the name of ur hospital and your doctor's number?plz if u dnt mind I would luv to contact him coz myself and dh is in same situation....I tried sending u a mail.thanks...

@lauracares, when i read comments from ppl with real experience who still trust in God, i feel encouraged for to him that is joined to all the living, there is hope for a living dog is better than a dead lion, as long as your hope is alive, your miracle is not far any more, God shows up when anxiety is kept at bay, faith is a substance of things hoped for, an evidence of things not seen...your faith will put your baby in your hands my dear, at the end of the day out of a billion sperm it is only one that gets to fertilise the egg and Jesus was conceived without a sperm, some have a billion sperm count but spiritually their sperm count is zero thats why their wife cant conceive inspite of everything being fine with them, who knows the ones that have zero sperm count might even have a trillion sperm count spiritually....so call forth the things that be not as though they were....tell your dh that inspite of having a zero count physically, i know you are a father of nations, your seed is as the sand on the sea shore, god will send his later rain and the former rain upon you and your seeds shall yeild fruits that will become your sons and daughters and at the time of life they will manifest physically, annoint his joystick every night....God will take control, @twintower, am encouraging you as well, be an amazon, an indomitable woman that cannot be intimidated by mere medical result.....your womb is blessed!

@twin tower...I forgot to mention that you can also verify if dh zero sperm is obstructive or non obstructive cos many factors can hinder d sperm from getting to the ejaculate like varicocele,testicular failure etc...find out den u will know wat next to do...all the best

@twin tower...my sis,God is able to do all things...am new here,I v bin on d Ivf thread but I jus feel I should comment cos I feel ur pain.i also felt d same way wen I went to collect my dh result after trying for lik 4months,it's bin 2yrs n 10 months now.d doc also told me dat d result is VERY BAD dat my dh has azoospermia(zero sperm count),I freaked wen I heard it,he den ask if we were married,I said yes n he said"haa...u can't get pregnant with dis result" but he later said well,I have to be prayerful and be very patience....he placed him on addyzoa for 3months without result after sometime my dh went bk there for another SFA,he den forged a result written with his hand n told me its 10million dat it's taking time to buildup dat we should try IUI not knowing that it's still zero,we tried iui three times,he didn't placed dh on any medication during d process,he jus kept exploiting us n treating us bad cos we v to keep calling him sometimes without reply,sometimes he will do d IUI after ovulation wen I tell him I v passed my fertile day,he ll wave it aside n try to confuse us..to cut d story short...we tried several doc dat still gave us d same result dat his FSH is high....recently we tried IUI again twice no result,what I just wanna say is all through this wahala ...I v bin encouraging dh to be strong n believe in God,I cry sometimes but I have peace within me that I ll surely have my own children....I jus want encourage u to be still and believe in God because in dis case its only God dat can bring d sperm dat ll fertilize ur egg...am not yet pregnant but I have the assurance that I will...this morning I was talking to myself that how can I be so calm with this zero sperm tin without fears?then the Holy Spirit told me that my worry,fears and anxiety won't solve d situation but only God....put your trust in God,he can do it and he will...just be strong...my story is so long but I have to stop here just to encourage you so u know u ain't alone in this....God is so awesome that he can do anything...I don't pray for sperm anymore,I pray for the power of the Holy Spirit to overshadow me to conceive...be calm,God never fails...God has given me assurance n also spoken to me that this too will pass...so trust in God,I know it's not easy,I ve had many sleepless night,tears etc...but in all I am still grateful to have life n to have God...he will do it for us...so for d long post...cheers

Ok o! After a longgggg self imposed exile! I'm back. It was a BFN and though I was prepared (or so I thought) for any eventuality it hurt! I couldn't believe d pain and I just wasn't ready to share d ill news.
In between my BFN and now I have made arrangements to go to Dogus in North Cyprus in December.
