i had the same problem so i used sumtin i noticed abt their system. whenever u submit data in any section the system automatically saves it even if u restart application and apply for another position. So what u do is apply for any of the "experienced hire" position, fill the forms and when u get to the education section just fill the higher institution form and click submit. U'll notice it will reflect immediately. now restart application and go apply for the graduate trainee position u had in mind and when u get to the education section u'll see the higher institution data u filled earlier waiting for u already.

Check the letter head ... it bares Nigeria Customs Service and on the body of the letter it is Nigeria Custom Service
