Yes, MCF UCT reached out to me last weekend. Although the letter was dated 25th January. You just might get something from them by Feb 4th.
I said so because some people (I know myself to be one of those few people)will be declining the offer.

Good evening guys please I need an advise.
Got a 3k international commitment scholarship and 4k housing scholarship out of 23k, with possible offer of GA and tuition waiver in the later at WIU.

Also got i20 and admission letter, I have seen people pay for embassy interview despite the closure of the embassy. Is it advisable to go ahead with my interview with this offer or defer? secondly, for those who paid, were dates given and what dates were available.
