Many people are asking me how come we are so good in Lebanon and were so terrible on October 7th with Hamas.
It’s very simple:
Israel underestimated Hamas and focused only on the threat from the north.
Even on the morning of October 7th the IDF suspected that Hamas was just diverting attention from an imminent invasion from Lebanon.
