Responsibilities

1. Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers,

2. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships,

3. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction,

4. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule,

5. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments,

6. Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports,

7. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

8. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field

Duties and responsibilities
• Perform general accounting functions
• Assist in preparing accurate and timely financial reports and statements
• Assist in quarterly financial and compliance reviews and annual audit
• Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process
• General accounts payable
• Prepare general ledger and other reconciliations
• Prepare analysis of accounts as requested
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities

Competences
• Experience of general accounting/ experience in a similar role required ( Preferably in the Manufacturing Sector)
• Intermediate to advanced level proficiency in Excel required
• Knowledge of accounting rules, regulations, policies and procedures required
• OND (or equivalent) in Accounting or Finance preferred
