If truly your husband was diagnosed with AZOOSPERMIA as u stated above, NO DRUGS would reverse the condition.
You may however benefit from aspiration of spermatozoa from the epididymis. This is usually done in cases where there is a blockage in the tubes conducting Fluid from the testes to the urethra. The aspirated Fluid can then be made to fertilise an egg and then ARTIFICIALLY INSEMINATED.
In other cases where azoospermia is due to a complete failure to manufacture Fluid, the couple are advised to do AIDS (Artificial Insemination with Donor Fluid).
I believe you need to determine which category you fall into, that means your husband should undergo thorough testing, including a testicular biopsy.
