My dear prevention they say is better than cure.The best thing i thing is to take a day off trading or avoid all pairs that have something to do with GBP directly or indirectly.I remember that Swiss franc event of early 2015,it affected mainly CHF pairs only.

this is when the experts make money more. If you know how to trade it, you will laugh.

This is when we get really greed and refuse to stay clear as experts concerned.News always favour higher TF,so the 4hrs and daily should be the best shock absorbers during this scare period.

^^^ is it not better to simply avoid pairs that have GBP in them?

I am sure you have not noticed some friends like amelia no longer visits here after all events happening so far. My thought to YOU ALL is of good and not of evil and wish we could relate well without hates, be one family.
I mentioned my days are numbered here, I have started my work on that by creating a similar thread but a more excited page on my facebook account, I am ready to pay facebook to promote it and make it big on a daily basis. I shall be committed to it and by that, I know that the reason I get banned is to look ahead. NO DISCOURAGEMENT.

@Feshizzy and others will remain behind for some months to direct newbies to the international "Naija" traders alert thread or whatever we choose to call it.
I see this as the wisest thing to do so that the owners of nairaland will have peace of mind finally.It is just like your naija landlord gave you quit notice while you got free accommodation in Europe and relocation expenses paid by 3-6months postings of older FF members.

Well to me @Feshizzy that is a shocking realization of the true reality of the consequence of our migrating or opening another exit thrad,but i really feel the intimidation and bullying and harassment or threats we have received from nairaland is too much already.Haba.There is need for a seconding thread although i wouldn't want this thread to die for old memories sake.For goodness sakes! fx is one of the most legitimate ways to get rich without rituals or 'polithiefing' or other naija 'fantastically corrupt' practices,we have all chosen this noble path and we are here paying the price and someone is busy breathing threats against us.We should receive encouragements from nairaland mod not ban or discouragement nor quit notices.

Benpuzzy,thanks for your observation,but also take note that whatever tools @Lifecontinues used for his trading are not same with mine.I even entered those trades very early and called out to the house to help analyse and comment on the entries but no one said anything.@LifecontinuesI did not post any trade that i followed but my own signals.we all want to have basket of pips abi?

i came back from a burial occasion to see my"basket" scattered.No one in the house warned me about those my Gbp pairs on BUY.@lifecontinues it seems i need some form of confirmation before entering such trades.I put stop loss @100 pips and they gave me red card.Next time i will wait for you the boss to shot before i enter.thank God I am still learning sha.

the house is so quiet.this is 9.47am and not a single post for today,so i decided to post my own "pips-basket" style emulated from our honourable member @lifecontinues(i suspect this guy is Xrayfab-i stand to be corrected sha).mr . @lifecontinues please open another account wherein you can post only 4hr basket since you said your entries are mainly daily chart based.this will help the 4hrs followers to study your work.we all need plenty plenty pips o!so everyone should pls assess my own 4hrs basket.

i read several earlier posts and felt like making my observations know-or my opinion anyway.@lifecontinues posted his trades alert entries and stop losses etc on the screen but @Feshizzy felt that was pasting account statement/history and that he should rather paste his charts only.Well i want to draw our attention to the purpose of this thread. the purpose of this thread is forex trades alerts.what @lifecontinues did was perfectly in order and it is like having 15 alerts posted on one page/screenshot.Some may post their alerts like using the "Alert,alert,alert ...." call etc...some others may use Jline,NORM etc but what if your indicator spews out 22 signals how will you paste them?22 screenshots of the charts won't be the best idea.I will suggest that @lifecontinues stick to his style...afterall if his signal is confirmed by your own chart/system you can follow otherwise the ignore button is by your side.so please oga @Feshizzy kindly permit the fellow to follow his FTA space-ecomincal style.my opinion sha.

Before you say I am extravagant gambler , I have a constant risk of 2000 pips irrespective of trading equity , so even
if I trade $500 , then its $0.2 a pip
if I trade $2000 , then its $1 a pip
if I trade $2000 000 , then its $1000 a pip
If this equity drops as a result of failure within a trading week , then I have to go back one step behind to adjust the $ a pip to result to 2000 pip risk. so at the end of the day my broker isnt acting like my parallel bank ,rather every dime of my money is actively making more money for me.
The difference between this and those making 10% profit in 3 months is that this management technique hasn't got a dormant buffer , its only buffer is the accuracy of your trading strategy + a steady calculated withdrawal process.
This is position sizing aspect of my trading system...

from my understanding, this guy did not say dt he makea 3k pips in a day. frm his post he said 9th analysis has gotton total pips to 3k. and mayb is not frm one pair. mayb he opens up to ten pairs.
moreover, his trades he posted here most were in greens. so letz stop critizing people any how.

if you trade gold and you are accurate then your pips count will be something else.While other pairs are giving 50pips gold could vomit 300pips.So let's hope the guy would post before the events happens instead of history,so we can all vet his alerts and carry on from there.Xrayfab over to u.

Oil is finally approaching $48-49 per barrel like i said last week.

There is no analysis present here just opinion no different from pools or Baba Ijebu number forecasting. To talk of "analysis" one would expect even the most basic modelling that countenances current demand and supply. Without those two key pieces of information one is just speculating.

Well,i must say there is forecast and hindsight view point.hindsight always sees clearly when the did is done while forecast is branded different names.i am with side of forecast because the early bird gets the worm.imagine someone spotted the trend reversal from the technical point of view in April 2014 and acted according before those elements of demand and supply kicked in.Such an investor or government would be better off by now.Now these charts are a product of Macro and micro economic datas over the years that forms cyclical movements.These circles always repeats itself.Like Warrent Buffet would says"It is all in the charts".Big time investors don't wait for demand and supply factors to play in because they are already ahead by their way of forecast.when those w5th the demand and supply analysis come into the show they are ready cashing out their profit. FYI when i posted the first post or "Baba Ijebu" or "Pool" as you would prefer to call it,oil price was back to $43 and i pointed out that it is heading to $48-49 per barrel,today it is cruising above $46.48.i repeat there could be a halt @$48-49 per barrel for minor retracement-this is a comfortable place for your demand and supply factors to come into play.After that price action will resume bullish trend and take oil price toward $60-77 hopefully before december 2016.this is my forecast and analysis,all wise investors show know when to hold or take profit.cheers

This is what is really happening to the oil market.
@point 1= the oil price started dropping from the highs of $105 per barrel in 2014
@point 2= It bottomed out at about $23/$25 per barrel in February 2016
@point 3= this is the point where we are and the future outlook is as follows:
if price does not successfully close above $48-$49/barrel convincingly then expect price to fall again to about $38/$40 or even lower per barrel.
The next scenario is that if price should cross over $48-$49 per barrel within the next 2 weeks then we are in for a ride to $70/barrel.This could happen before the end of 2016.From this point onwards I see only upward movement towards $100 per barrel 2017-2018.
that is my analysis and professional insight.So let those that have serious investments in this sector watchout for these levels and know when to hold,invest or sell off.I wish you all the best.

Since yesterday i have been wondering why people are SELLing oil when it has not reached $48 per barrel.

I quite agree with you that a debt is what must be paid.So i will advice that you cross check your signal very well before you trade otherwise you might not be able to repay the debt.
@house i have a suggestion to make.why don't we help Ogbo ralph instead of watching him drown and condemning him.By help i mean encouraging his correct alerts and discouraging or raising alarm whenever he is wrong.Like EU alert he has issued is definitely wrong to me and he might suffer another set back and further delay in this repayment effort.EU is about to start a major SELL trend on the daily chart and 4hrs is yet to conclude it's SELL.If we can help him and he crosschecks then he could rebuild the funds and pay up @Manutd19.Do you have any better ideas towards helping him?
