ok. you know how an aloe vera looks like yeah? open that green skin up, then pack the juice in the plant. For the lemon, do not peel...just rinse thoroughly, cut in small pieces and blend with the cucumber and aloe vera juice.
Don't peel cucumber too. just rinse thoroughly and dice into blender. After all the blending, add your grated ginger and drink up.

sure...it works for general weight loss and has other benefits for different parts of the body like the skin.

Belly fat not only give you an ugly look especially for ladies but can be dangerous for your health too.When i want to pick an outfit,i think of my belly fat first...this can be frustrating. I usually suck my tummy for hours in public, i went for a waist trainer but found it super uncomfortable too. I did some exercises but abandoned them because i noticed no reduction...i starved myself severally too until i discovered this a month ago and it works wonders. Here is the recipe:
1 lemon(unpeeled), 1 cucumber(unpeeled), 1tbs grated ginger, 1tbs aloe vera juice, 1/2 glass of water.
Direction: blend cucumber,aloe vera juice and lemon together add grated ginger and drink a glass before going to bed.
If you're desperate like me, here is what i drink during the day...add chopped cucumber, grated ginger, lemon juice, into 2ltrs of water. This is what i drink through out the day, and take the blended one at night.

op....i think its more of a personality mindset kind of thing.
we have emotional guys
we have outspoken extrovets
we have introvets etc.
this guy is probably the kind of guy that takes a generation to understand and even at that you will still be getting to know him. i am sorry to presume here but i assume that u wanted a serious relationship from him and it made him uncomfortable, that made him choose between starting a love life or being single(just a tot, cud be wrong). all the same i can say to 80 percent that its a time factor he just doesnt feel ready yet, that kind of person doesnt just date incessantly but does so with serious intent for marriage. he cud strafe ohhh but a relationship is different to him.

well, this was just my conclusion too
