That’s a possibility too. I don consider am too but my source of friction is because all roles have rolled out rejection emails. All the graduate roles, except this one, has sent out rejection emails. This one role still has application status as ‘application received’

Yes, same behavioral but with upper management. I think the main aim of the recruitment is to convert contract staff to direct staff. In any role that contract staffs are participating, they have Upper hand.
Moreover, the fear of Seplat is the beginning of wisdom for ExxonMobil. Since ExxonMobil sold shallow water assets to Seplat, Seplat has been on the prawl of ExxonMobil guys enticing them with juicy offers and those ExxonMobil guys are joining Seplat. If you look at Seplat advert, it's a mirror of ExxonMobil advert. Seplat is seriously doing giveaway these days. They are giving ExxonMobil a run for their money and they are wining. My observation. Yes, you are correct. Four people out of twenty interviewed yesterday had their second round today.
For those that had their First interview today, the successful ones will have 2nd round tomorrow.

Yes behavioral questions were asked. Should last 1 hour but depends on how fast u can process your thoughts and give a valid answer to the questions. Add small lie join if e go favour u. In all, the decision lies with them. Interestingly everyone there is experienced, in fact u cannot survive d interview if u aren’t experienced. The company has a lot of guys they trained but did not employ as direct staff, these made up 98% of the population in the interview. For me, it is only fair that they get the job as staff this time around.

I did the interview on 17th November and I've not been contacted if I was successful or not, most likely I'm not from the timeline u guys gave.
I was actually expecting that because my network was pretty bad during the interview and the interviewers were not able to ask me all the questions they wanted to ask. I expected them to call me so that we can continue the interview through a phone call or better still reschedule it but they did not.

No, I didn't get this email. One of their HR people called me a few days after my interview, said I was successful and emailed me that other form to fill.

Since you said that you submitted the form on the 24th of November, what was the BSC form that you mentioned earlier in this thread that you submitted on the 21st? Did they give you 2 different forms?

I applied for Commercial and was put there.

As stated in the mail that we would be getting it by 6pm latest... I reached out last night and no reply yet... Thought i was the only one before
