lacosteIII: go to www.basedroid.com
register, login then go to Tecno section, download d latest custom rom, JELLYBEAN 3.0, flash it on ur n3, if u are using p3, it has a patch....dwnload update & flash...after flashing, wipe data, cache & dalvik cache 3 times, reboot & check ur internal memory,u will see 2gb... enjoy

use mtn bis. send BBC to 21600, costs #1k or send BIS to 21600, costs #1.5k
remember to change ur APN in d setting to blackberry.net

it works well, slim milk, fat free yoghurt, fish, chicken etc, no cheese for now. i will definitely introduce fruits gradually but not at ds phase. It's called DUKAN DIET, u can google it.

Tnks Anii for ds post, am really missing those fruits. Am on a weightloss plan where am not permitted to take fruits for now until i reach my target weight and then gradually introduce dem again. But i make do with vegetables and animal protein. Tnks again 4 d post

Most of our nurses r paid peanut. Some unleash their frustrations on d line of duty.Some r road side nurses.even drs r not left out. I can remember my cous that was paid 40k as a medical dr around 2002/3 in ph. She was givin an option. Her salary will go up if she agree to do abortion.ie they pay those that do abortion more than those that don't.its a private hospital.

nurses in all federal hospitals and healthcare centers are well paid as compared to other civil servants in nigeria.

Policewoman: I would advise those going for C.S to request for an epidural. It makes the whole thing less painful and quick also. But sha make sure your husband finds out if they have a good anaesthetologist. For Abuja, DIFF, Nisa Premier, Zankli are ok, but they are very expensive (some C.S can cost as much as N1M)or Asokoro, Maitama or Garki general hospitals. Abuja clinics too is very good. One of the best.

Gosj01: if u check ur phone, u will c flash share. flash share is use to send and receive apps lyk games, music, pictures e.t.c. it jst lyk bluetooth but powerful than bth, lemme know, if u want to know how to use it.
