It means an infected bladder/urethra/kidney/prostrate but mostly bladder and urethra .

It gives burning sensation while urinating, frequnt urination and some other symptoms but no penile discharge or pus like in gonorrhea..

Is there any special test to know diagnilose uti that doesn't show in normal test?

One injection of the antibiotics cost 30,000 and I needed to take morning and night for atleast 3days. That's how I spent over 180k treating infection.

When I informed the babe about what I was passing through, she became very angry saying that I'm insulting her. That was how that relationship ended. After that incident, I became very cautious with the way I view women. Though I still enjoy my raw sex but I'm more careful how I go about it. Babes plenty but to find clean one no easy. Skin to skin dey sweet but na infection spoil am.

If you're having discharge from your private part, go for culture test, it should be able to detect the kind of bacteria in your body...

Maybe I would have been happier with discharge, that would have made diagnosis easier. But I have none.

Any good lab should have it. You can go to Afriglobal. But I suspect that what you have is one of those nasty UTIs that don't show up in tests.

It has never showed up in test. I have done up to 8 urine mcs in different lab but no bacteria growth in any. I've tested negative to vdrl, hepatitis B, Hiv etc on several occasions but still my penis burns without any discharge.

I'm also trying to get treatment for the girl also - I'm not selfish - but she's also not positive for any of the tests. Very confusing predicament! I just want a diagnosis for God's sake.

Most of the clinics in my location don't have a specific sti test. All they do is test for Urine MCS.

I am happy for you that the infection is curable. I know that spending so much money on an infection that you don't even contract from a prostitute can make a man not to ever rate any woman in this world again.

What did you do to make sure that that angel is free from that infection because you and I know that this thing is not follow come. Na someone go infect her. Try to get over what has happened and the amount you spent. Boss, I'm in the same shoes. All tests keep coming back negative. Did you have any pus or discharge? What kind of test did you do that came out with the gonorrhea? I've been doing urine mcs since and it has grown no bacteria

Yes, multiple times with multiple labs. Even sent my samples to specialist labs in the US, and it all came back negative.

At some point, I just gave up on testing and tried high strength cranberry pills which worked like magic after a month of taking it.

There wasn't any diagnosis because every single test came back negative. I took loads of antibiotics and none worked, I finally took some cranberry pills and it cleared itself after one month. Still had some residual symptoms though.

I do not know what your symptoms are like, so i cannot recommend what you shoud do, but I would suggest you check on Reddit. Particularly prostatitis and urethritis sub-reddit. Loads of men are going though the same without a diagnosis or solution.

I've also taken D'mannose pills but it seems to be less effective for me, I'm currently taking mis pot cit. However, I still have burning sensation on my penis tips that comes and goes. I want to know if you've resumed having sex and if it doesn't flare up again after sex. I'm planning to get married, hence. Can it be said that people who suffer this don't have an active infection and they only suffer from residual damage done during exposure to the bacteria? I wouldn't want to ever pass this on to anybody.

Also have you checked Ureaplasma and Mycoplasma, and a proper chlamydia screening?

Count, motility, morphology, and viscosity is off point. And it seems you did semen culture along side with the seminal fluids analysis. It's ok if you are sure the lab you used is standard and trusted, if not maybe you use a standard lab to do the test again, but in anyways if you have to work everything normal, u treat the staphylococcus aureus first, make sure u know the antibiotics that are sensitive to it that's why u need to do another that will indicate the antibiotics the staph is sensitive to and the one it has resistance to
