There is a way.
To avoid completely paying Nepa or using your Prepaid card's electricity to charge your batteries, you need to install Solar Panel(s) so that while the Sun is shinning in daytime, it will be charging your batteries (and you can be using the batteries at the same time yo power your equipment) so that you can use those batteries at Night time.
You will need a few Solar Panels and a good Inverter though (depending on how many batteries and your load), to achieve such complete independence from Nepa.

BTW, Warri is not too far from PH, @Sirxbit would do a good job for you and he has a good personality, IMO.

I have not seen anyone here, among many, who used his paint and regretted it.
I used it and the Paint is still shinning like new. No flaking as other houses painted after my own, with other type of paints.
