Crime / Re: Mother Of Three Dies During Romp With Ex-Lover In Hotel by lebienconnu: 8:23am On Jul 13 |
It should be made mandatory for hotels to have links to hospitals or medical personnels who can provide help in case of emergencies. First aid box should be optimally stuffed up with relevant and valid drugs and other materials. Prospective lodgers should be informed about this. In case you or your partner(s) have any medical emergency please raise alarm we got you covered. 3 Likes |

If you find yourself in this situation please don’t take off and don’t panic. Raise alarm. Some hotels have access health personnels that help in emergencies like this. It is not a crime for two adults to lodge in hotels to have sex but running away when your partner has an attack is criminal. Leaving him or her to die is synonymous to killing him or her. 4 Likes 1 Share |

Nice2023: Due to the reported convulsion episode I don’t think CPR would have been the best approach in this case. I would have helped moved the victim on her side to aid breathing and put something soft beneath her head to avoid or mitigate head injury. Simultaneously, I would have called for help. Could the victim have been asthmatic? Over excitement is a potent trigger of asthmatic attack, in this case the inhaler could have helped. Let us learn from this. If a girl has to spend the night in your place make sure she has her inhaler with her if she is asthmatic. 2 Likes |

A Yoruba adage says: even if you are crying you should still see clearly. NLC should not make any attempt to disrupt the ongoing examination. The children deserve to write their papers in peace. As a matter of fact, the ongoing exam is a valid reason to postpone the strike but it is what it is. 23 Likes 1 Share |

Politics / Re: Minimum Wage: We Won’t Shift Ground On ₦615,000 Demand, Says Labour by lebienconnu: 8:16am On May 19 |
NLC will declare strike on or a little after May, 31st and many workers will disown NLC and disobey the order immediately. No work no pay policy will take effect immediately. Half bread, they say, is better than none. There will be many publications as to how the NLC is deliberately trying to sabotage the effort of the present administration by making unreasonable and impossible demands. It will be established beyond reasonable doubts that the union leadership is acting as puppet for a certain political party in preparation for 2027 and the leaders will become so unpopular, despised and disowned even by their own family members. After two months of strike, the federal government will advertise the positions of the petulant, stubborn and adamant ones that are still on strike as vacant which will elicit multitude of applications. The federal government will have activated the new minimum wage at this time. These actions will deal a fatal blow to the ill-fated strike and a deadly fracas will break out among the union leaders which may cause total collapse of the union. As the Nairaland falseProphet would say, this I have seen. 1 Like |

AntiChristian: Jazaka LLAHU khairan. I think we are on the same page. Using a dog for hunting and rearing livestock is permissible. Sheikh Habeeb is saying the same thing. He never said eating dog meat is allowed. Sheik Adam Yahyah, the waziri markaz, made an exclusive lecture about this topic to correct Jaqmal when he tried to justify eating of dog meat. You are entitled to your opinion about the esteemed mudirul markaz but to me he is very exemplary. Many of his lectures have prompted a lot of muslims to extend the frontiers of their knowledge. I enjoy the Sheiks more during the time of controversy. This is the period that people know more about the deen. I really miss sheikh Habeebullah Al’aloriy. May Allah in His infinite mercies grant him long life health. Ameen. |
Politics / Re: Sheik Habib Go Deeper Weather Dog Good For Muslims Or Not Watch This Shocking by lebienconnu: 2:42am On Apr 01 |
He justified keeping dog as a pet not eating dog meat. According to the qur’an, you are permitted to eat from what your trained dog catches for you during hunting. Wether it holds it down with its teeth or claws. If hunting with.dog is permitted then rearing it as a domestic pet is justified. This is in contrast to the view of some Sheiks who preach against keeping it as a pet. They say that angels do enter houses with dogs. Deliberately sharing false information to deceive people and to tarnish someone’s image is cyber bullying which is a serious offence. To this op I say may God give you the reward that you deserve. Sheikh Habeeb does not talk without evidence. May God continue increase him in health. Ameen |
