Everyone should be careful with paypal nowadays all those swift payment for PayPal no be am at all even if funds are sent as fnf case can still be opened on it and fund being held.State your terms and conditions of receiving funds before you go ahead dont be too desperate to get funds

Everyone has to be very careful in buying funds most especially paypal because after sending has gns the sender still have up to six months to open a case on transactions done.Dont let us be too desperate in buying funds without taking necessary measures.I had an experience with a NL who sent me fund as gns after warning him not to send as gns but fnf to be on safe side ,he still went ahead to send as gns but I told him I'm not paying immediately till confirm there's no issue with the fund.Later after about 5hrs a case was raised on the fund which I refund immediately, if I had paid would have been hearing different stories.Pls let us be careful most especially newly opened moniker.Its not easy to do business in naija at all.

I will like to state that @razzby is a fraud and scammer, deal with him at your own peril. I have not received the funds I paid for nor have I received a Naira refund, this has been on since September 12th for a $1000 transaction.

He never keeps to his promises of refund, he sent me illegal PayPal funds that was later held by PayPal and returned back to its owner.

@razzby If you feel differently about the facts I've stated, you can state your account of events, otherwise, you are a thief and a scammer and everyone on this thread should know.
